Gmail API Usage
Our use of information received from Gmail APIs adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We only read emails to identify job application messages
- We do not share your email data with third parties
- We do not use email data for advertising
- Email data is stored securely and encrypted
- We only access emails you explicitly authorize us to read
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
- Encrypted storage of OAuth tokens
- Secure database access controls

Your Rights
You can:
- Access your data at any time through your dashboard
- Delete your account and all associated data

Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data including email access tokens and application history is permanently deleted within 30 days.

- Google Gmail API (for email access with your permission)
- Google Gemini AI (for parsing email content to extract job information)
- Microsoft Graph API (for Outlook email access with your permission)
We do not sell or share your personal information with any other third parties.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
